Vintage Whitefriars Glass Ice Block TableTop Lighter and Ashtray

Vintage Whitefriars (?) Glass Ice Block TableTop Lighter and Ashtray. Fantastic vintage set, no marks indicating maker, although I believe it's made by Whitefriars. Lighter is not currently working, has not been filled / tested properly. Ashtray measures 3.75" x 3.75" x 1.75".
