Vintage Tailored Tweed Straight Leg Pleated Pants

Vintage tailored tweed straight leg pleated pants. Very good used condition, I believe they have ben tailored to fit smaller, see photos. No tags indicating maker or material. Would say they fit as a small / medium. Measures 16.25" across waist, 20" hips, 13" rise, 32.25" inseam.
