Vintage C. J. Sophisticate Striped Dress with Belt

Vintage C. J. Sophisticate black, red and grey striped dress with belt. Buttons at collar and wrists. No tag indicating size or material. I believe it's a polyester blend, would fit a small or medium. Measures 15" across shoulders, 16.5" pit to pit, 19" sleeve, 15" waist,  41" long.
