Vintage American Seaside Colonial Style Fabric

Vintage American sea side Colonial style fabric. Very interesting pattern, at first glance has a Hokusai / Japanese look to it, but upon further inspection of the pattern, there are American flags in it!  Unknown material, I would say a cotton / poly blend - it has a little stretch. No indication of maker. Measures 60" wide, 120" long.
