Vintage 90s Black Velvet Studded Evening Purse

Vintage 90s black velvet evening purse with beaded diamond detail. Plastic chain strap can be tucked in and easily converted to a clutch. Button clasp does not seem to work. Measures 8.25" x 6" x 1.25".
