Vintage 80s Brushstroke / Paint Splatter Dress

Vintage funky 80s / 90s brushstroke / paint splatter dress. Excellent used condition, has loops for belt but no belt included, shoulder pads, elastic waist. No tag indicating maker, material or size. Measures 20" pit to pit, 16" waist (has some stretch with elastic, but not much), 18" shoulder to waist, 41" long.
