Vintage 70s Chalkware ' Fishing by Permit Only ' lamp base blank. Unfinished, needs to be painted and wired with light kit. Shows some signs of age, a little dust and rust, see photos for details. Measures approx. 13" tall, 7.5" wide, 7" deep.
