Vintage 3D Cellulose Relief Deer Display Piece

Vintage 3D cellulose relief deer display piece. I have very little info on this piece, it's a foam like material, has a numbered stamp on the back. I believe it was part of a store display, but cannot confirm. Shows slight wear, and a little bent, see photos for details.  Measures approx. 15.5" wide, 19.25" tall.
