Antique Holmes style stereoscope glasses. Made of wood, with glass magnifying lenses these made some photos look 3D! Likely made in the late 1800's. Pais is in good used condition, I believe it is missing a sliding bar with a clip to hold he stereograph. Bottom has metal bracket like pieces that are broken (see photos). Very nice display piece! Measures approx. 13" long, 6.5" wide, 3.25" tall.
