Vintage 70s Giving Smurf Peyo / Bully Figurine

Vintage 1978 Smurf figurine made by Peyo Bully in Hong Kong. I believe he originally had a box in his hands with Gargamel inside, but it has since been lost. Measures approx. 2.25" tall.
